At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he served as Director of Coaching Practices for Asia-Pacific, leading large-scale enterprise transformations and coaching senior leaders.
At Lowe’s, he acted as Lead Agile Coach for a global supply chain portfolio.
Earlier at Fiserv, he coached 32+ Scrum teams in card services.
With Agility Wave, he partnered with Yamaha for two years as their sole coach in India.
These experiences allow Prateek to bring real-world leadership and cultural insights into every training room.
