Prateek Nigam is the Founder of AgilityWave and a globally recognized Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) and Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), certified by Kanban University. With over 19 years of experience in the technology and consulting space, Prateek has dedicated his career to helping organizations build business agility through pragmatic, flow-based practices. Prior to AgilityWave, Prateek served as the Director of Coaching Practices at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for the Asia-Pacific region, where he led transformations across multiple industries and coached senior leaders on new ways of working. His coaching work has impacted teams across Asia. Under the banner of AgilityWave, Prateek now offers world-class training and consulting services to individuals, teams, and enterprises. He delivers a wide range of Kanban University-certified courses including Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), Kanban System Design (KSD), Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI), and Scrum Better with Kanban (SBK).
